Where do I find the widgets after installing the app?
Once you enable them in the app’s Configuration tab, your widgets will appear inside the BigCommerce Page Builder under a section called Epic Page Builder Widgets.
Can I install all the widgets at once?
Yes. On the Configuration tab, click Install All Free Widgets to add every free widget. If you’ve upgraded, you’ll also see a toggle to install all premium widgets at once.
What’s the difference between free and premium widgets?
Free widgets cover the basics (headings, text blocks, spacers, images, buttons, etc.). Premium widgets add more advanced functionality, like Accordions, Advanced Tabs, Sliders, and Review sections. Premium widgets are available with a one-time upgrade.
Do the widgets match my theme’s styles?
Yes. By default, widgets inherit your theme’s fonts, colors, and styles. If you want more control, you can switch to Custom styling in the widget settings.
Can I use these on any page type?
Yes. Epic Widgets work on home pages, product pages, category pages, landing pages, blog pages, and more.
How do I adjust width, spacing, or positioning?
For best results, use BigCommerce’s Layout widgets to create rows and columns, then place Epic Widgets inside them. This gives you full control over width, spacing, and overall layout.
Do I need to know code to use this app?
No coding is required. Everything is drag-and-drop inside the BigCommerce Page Builder. Advanced users can still edit code if needed, but it’s optional.
Can I suggest a widget that isn’t available yet?
Yes. In the app, click Custom Widget Requests and let us know what you’d like to see. We’re always adding new widgets based on user feedback.
Will adding lots of widgets slow down my store?
No. Widgets are lightweight and optimized for BigCommerce. Performance depends more on your overall theme and site setup than on widget count.
